Amy Jaya

Amy Jaya has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over fifteen years. She is a highly qualified, skilled and experienced Yoga, Barre Attack & Pilates instructor, Personal Trainer, and Nutritionist.

“The best part about my job is getting to see my clients – a diverse group of people in age and fitness levels – make a real difference to their health and wellbeing through working with me.  Making the commitment to pursue your health and fitness goals is not easy, so I admire the effort my clients put in. Through engaging in Yoga and Pilates I’ve seen my clients become stronger and more flexible.  Some have overcome significant injuries, regained the ability to do basic things around the house, or lost weight.  Mums-to-be have felt stronger and more comfortable during pregnancy and men have been amazed at how it has developed their strength and conditioning.   Yoga and Pilates are such all-encompassing programs that they make a difference in health & fitness to just about anyone.

If that wasn’t enough, what is also rewarding for me is that Yoga and Pilates are more than just exercise.  Both are disciplines that give us so much to enhance our lives.  Throughout all my sessions I educate my clients about the history of Yoga and Pilates and connect the teachings to everyday life.  Yoga & Pilates can help improve our breathing and digestion, relax and focus our minds, increase our concentration and improve our overall mental, as well as physical, wellbeing.  For me they are a central part of a comprehensive health, fitness and wellbeing program”.
