This is one of my all time favourite recipes and I often have this as my breakfast or a snack. Jam packed with nutrition and especially turmeric and its anti inflammatory properties it also hits the sweet spot! This is one to try and I am sure you will love it and it only take a few minutes to whip one of these up!

INGREDIENTS
2-3 Pitted dates
Handful of cashews
Half a Banana choped
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
Half teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1-2 drops Vanilla essence
200 ml water
Ice cubes

Place all ingredients into blender and blend until desired consistency and add some ice cubes if preffered. ENJOY !!
